4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any details change after registration, you must update your account promptly. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. pia777 will never ask for your password by email, chat or telephone. You must immediately notify pia777 support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

pia777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials or have shared your login details with any third party.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account. If more than one account is detected for the same individual (identified by name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier), pia777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses or winnings associated with those accounts, and retain any deposits at its reasonable discretion pending investigation.

• Submitting false, altered or third-party identity documents during KYC verification.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

pia777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive or abusive conduct.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining after deduction of voided bonuses and pending investigations will be refunded to the verified payment method on record, subject to completed KYC and AML checks.
